Workshop: Collapsing Cruelty- 4/11 @ 9am

This workshop focuses on understanding and interrupting patterns of sibling cruelty in the home. You’ll learn how these dynamics develop, why they often escalate, and how to respond in a way that supports both accountability and connection. The material includes a clear framework for recognizing the pattern, along with practical scripts you can use to intervene in the moment and guide repair afterward. Included are slides, a written summary, FAQs, and a set of scripts designed for real-life situations. The goal is to give you a steady approach you can return to as these moments arise, rather than reacting differently each time.

Free Class: Building Resilience -4/9 @7pm

In this class, we’ll break down how resilience is formed—not as a personality trait, but as a repeatable cycle of engaging challenge, regulating emotion, evaluating experience, and re-engaging. We’ll explore how this process unfolds in middle childhood and early adolescence, and what can interfere with it in modern environments. We’ll uncover common patterns that interrupt this process—like avoidance, overwhelm, and over-support—and how parents can respond in a way that builds capacity over time.

1:1 Coaching

1:1 Parent Coaching is a custom, one-on-one coaching experience for parents who need more than a workshop — they need someone who understands their kid, their family, and what's actually going on. Each engagement begins with understanding — who your child is, what your family is navigating, and where things feel most strained. From there, we build a plan that targets emotional regulation, executive function, resilience, accountability, and the parent-child relationship itself. Sessions are 60 minutes, held virtually, and designed to meet your family exactly where you are — with specific, practical guidance tailored to your child, not generic advice.
