Every family is different. Your coaching should be too.

Custom, one-on-one coaching for parents who need more than a workshop — they need someone who understands their kid, their family, and what's actually going on.

How it works:

Working with me begins with understanding. I take time to learn who your child is, what your family is navigating, and where things feel most strained.

Many families arrive during moments of conflict or disconnection. My role is to help slow those moments down, clarify what's actually happening, and identify the skills that move you forward.

Every engagement is custom — because no two children, parents, or family systems are the same. My work draws from developmental psychology, educational research, and 14 years spent teaching and leading adolescents in complex environments.

What we build together:

  • Emotional regulation and intelligence — helping your kid (and you) recognize what's happening before it escalates
  • Executive function — the skills behind planning, follow-through, and managing frustration
  • Resilience and coping — building the capacity to handle hard things without shutting down or blowing up
  • Accountability and repair — learning how to own mistakes and rebuild trust
  • Relationship-building — strengthening the connection between you and your kid so coaching actually lands

The goal is not simply improved behavior. It's stronger relationships, greater confidence, and renewed agency for both parents and kids.

Who this is for:

  • Parents in a moment of conflict or disconnection who need specific, practical guidance for the needs of their child, not generic advice
  • Parents dealing with a specific challenge (school refusal, emotional explosions, peer issues, sibling dynamics) who want a plan tailored to their kid
  • Parents who've been through a workshop or cohort and want ongoing, personalized support
  • Families who want to move out of crisis and toward connection
